Winter Workshop in Suncheon: Turning Education into Real-World Practice

By 2026-02-11February 13th, 2026No Comments

At RIBESKIN, innovation is only meaningful when it reaches the hands of professionals: clearly, confidently, and in a way that translates into everyday practice. That is why education remains at the center of what we do: not as a one-time event, but as an ongoing partnership built through shared learning, honest discussion, and technique-driven training.

On Saturday, February 7, we joined aesthetic professionals and educators in Suncheon for the 37th Winter Workshop of the Korean Association of Skin Beauty Professors. Held at Suncheon Jeil College, the workshop brought together a focused group of practitioners and professors for a full day of insight, moving from theory and clinical perspective to structured protocol thinking and practical application.

More than a schedule of lectures, the day reflected something we value deeply: hands on training education that feels usable the moment you return to the treatment room.

A Space Build for learning, exchange and clarity

From the morning registration through the closing session, the atmosphere stayed purposeful and interactive. Attendees arrived ready to do more than “listen”, they came to compare workflows, ask detailed questions, and sharpen how they communicate and execute professional treatments.

Rather than a one-way presentation format, the workshop encouraged discussion throughout the day, especially during the Q&A sessions. That open structure mattered. In aesthetics, small decisions, timing, sequencing, pressure, aftercare guidance, client comfort, can shape the entire experience. Workshops like this create room to ask the questions that don’t always fit inside manuals.

A morning of insight, leading into hands-on protocol thinking

The day opened with welcoming remarks from Professor Lee Gye-young (Suncheon Jeil University), followed by a morning special lecture that explored a more integrated view of aesthetic care, linking the skin with broader body systems and emphasizing observation, client experience, and treatment logic beyond isolated problem-solving.

After an active Q&A and a networking lunch where practitioners exchanged ideas around protocol flow and real-world execution, the workshop naturally transitioned into the afternoon focus: our CO2 Carboxy Therapy session, centered on practical application and clinical-ready treatment structure.

A new clinical approach: CO2 Carboxy Therapy in practice

The afternoon was dedicated to what many attendees were eager to explore in detail: innovative CO2 Carboxy Therapy and how to apply it with clarity and confidence in professional environments.

This special lecture was delivered by RIBESKIN Trainer Hyeyeon Maeng and focused on practical execution, how to think through application, structure treatment flow, and ensure that each step is performed with intention.

Rather than staying at the level of theory, the session emphasized what professionals consistently ask for:

  • How to organize the protocol step-by-step
  • How to manage timing and flow without confusion
  • How to support client comfort throughout the process
  • How to communicate “what’s happening” in a way clients understand
  • How to avoid common mistakes that disrupt results or experience

A key theme was standardization without rigidity: having a reliable framework, while still leaving room to adapt based on individual skin condition, service goals, and the broader program structure of the clinic or spa.

After the main lecture, the workshop allowed time for continued discussion and refinement, leading into the final Q&A where participants raised detailed, scenario-based questions, especially around sequencing logic and how to integrate carboxy therapy into real-world menus.

Education without boundaries

Both seminars concluded successfully, with overwhelmingly positive feedback from participants. Beyond technical knowledge, the events created valuable connections: between practitioners, trainers, and the RIBESKIN team, reinforcing the importance of education as an ongoing partnership.

For RIBESKIN, these year-end seminars were not a conclusion, but a continuation. Throughout the year, across different regions, we remain committed to providing educational opportunities that help professionals grow, refine their skills, and gain confidence in their practice.

As we move into the new year, the insights and conversations from these two days will continue to shape how we support our global partners-through continuous seminars, clearer protocols, and solutions designed with real-world practice in mind.

From workshop to workflow

What made this Suncheon workshop meaningful wasn’t just the topics, it was the consistent focus on application. Every section of the day pointed back to the same goal: helping professionals return to their work with more structure, better understanding, and greater confidence.

For RIBESKIN and the broader JMBIOTECH team, moments like this are not isolated events. They are part of a long-term commitment to education that stays close to the realities of practice: where protocols must be teachable, repeatable, and aligned with the way professionals actually work.

As we continue to meet professionals across regions through seminars and workshops, we remain focused on what matters most: turning knowledge into skill, and skill into better practice.

At RIBESKIN, education is not an event.
It’s a promise.
