A mix of seasoned CO2 Carboxy Therapy practitioners and beginners, the seminar blended balanced expertise with fresh curiosity. The seminar was made possible by our long-term Japanese partner, who has played a crucial role in making RIBESKIN products popular in the Japanese aesthetic market. Korean Dermatology Insights
The seminar began with an insightful presentation by Dr. Chung, a renowned plastic surgeon from South Korea, who shared the current trends, clinical applications and case studies of CO2 Carboxy Therapy from Korean dermatology clinics. His insights allowed both beginners and experienced aestheticians to gain confidence about the treatment’s effectiveness for acne scars, wrinkles, and skin texture improvement.

Case Studies from Japan
Nogawa-san and Kojima-san present case studies from their clinic
Following Dr. Chung’s session, two top Japanese aestheticians presented their most impressive case studies with CO2 Carboxy Therapy. Nogawa-san from the clinic ‘Megami no rirakkusu’ shared a case involving a client in her 60s, whose skin showed remarkable improvement in brightness and wrinkle reduction after just one treatment.
This was followed by Kojima-san from ‘Salon de tiara’, who showcased an innovative use of CO2 Carboxy Therapy for scalp treatment in a patient with alopecia areata, along with treatments for post-pregnancy stretch marks and facial elasticity improvement. Her impressive efforts in exhibiting the versatility of the therapy sparked a huge interest among attendees.

Next up was introducing our latest innovation, GWANG PEEL Professional. Jinyi Lee and Hyeyeon Maeng from the RIBESKIN Education Team, also known as the RIBESKIN Insiders led with the science behind this unique product that combines both physical and chemical exfoliation. GWANG PEEL’s innovative formula consisting of 99% high-purity spicules, BHA & Cell Booster serum caught everyone’s attention.
As one of the Japanese master trainers volunteered for a live demonstration of the treatment, each of the attending aestheticians performed the treatment on each other, gaining a firsthand feel of the unique tingling sensation of spicules. This interactive experience generated excitement in the room, as attendees expressed eagerness to offer GWANG PEEL in their aesthetic clinics.

Next up, it was time for the RIBESKIN Insider Team to introduce their newly developed, advanced treatment techniques that increase the efficacy of CO2 Carboxy Therapy both for the face and body. Attendees got down to practice these new techniques with their partners, a great opportunity to learn from their peers. The session was followed by a friendly competition to recognize the best demonstrations of the newly learned techniques. Together with the RIBESKIN Education Team, our 3 RIBESKIN Master Trainers – Mitsue Yamamoto, Masakazu Kirimura and Yukiko Hayashi judged the competition while also lending a hand to participants with their long-term expertise. The winners of the demonstration were celebrated with special awards, recognizing their dedication to mastering the treatment.

The seminar concluded with a brief ceremony, where the RIBESKIN Master Trainers and each attending aesthetician was recognized and awarded our official merchandise to celebrate their clinical success, contribution to the growth of CO2 Carboxy Therapy in Japan, and valued partnership with RIBESKIN.
And finally, in true JM Biotech spirit, we concluded the day with a group dinner complete with fun games where the Japanese aestheticians contended to win RIBESKIN products, a rewarding feeling after a long, hard day of learning.
